Scope of Services. Through this Site, Pet Sitter Alicia Brown markets and arranges Dog Sitting, Cat Sitting, Senior Pet Care, Puppy Care, Reptile Care, Equine Care. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Pet Sitter Alicia Brown and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Pet Sitter Alicia Brown may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://petsitteraliciabrown.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Pet Sitter Alicia Brown makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Pet Sitter Alicia Brown's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Pet Sitter Alicia Brown from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by LA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in LA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
